-- pickled in wine steaks of a nape,
-- grilled ‘Szaszłyk’ with spicy curry dip (‘szaszłyk’ is made of small pieces of a chicken with mushrooms, vegetables and sometimes bacon, mixed together and sticked on a special needle,

-- delicious and crunchy sausages,
-- a grilled raw sausage with aromatic herb spices,
-- a grilled blue trout,
-- baked with beer porks knuckle,
-- delicate and golden brown chicken sausages,
-- a roasted pork leg brushed with mead,
-- grilled golden brown chickens.

- the Polish regional dish:

-- Jurassic baked potatoes – the Polish regional dish with potatoes, smoked bacon, a sausage and spices. It is prepared according to traditional recipes, and baked in an origin cast iron pot in a bonfire.

-- pancakes with vanilla cream cheese and chocolate sauce,
